Whether
you are in work, changing jobs or looking for employment, People and
Business is here to help.
For early years workers, we offer a full range
of qualifications
in children’s care, learning and development from level
2 to level 4, as well as the new level 3 certificate in the Early
Years Foundation Stage.
Anyone moving or hoping to move into a team leader
or management role – whether in early years or elsewhere – should consider taking one of the highly respected ILM
qualifications. We provide all the training, support, materials
and assessment for ILM awards and certificates at level 2 (team
leading) and level 3 (first line management). For experienced managers
we also offer the Senior Award of a City & Guilds Licentiateship.
We also offer a wide range of standalone courses
in business
management and early
years practice. If you are aged 24 or under, your employer should
normally be able to access funding for the full cost of an apprenticeship or advanced apprenticeship. If you are 25 or over, funding may still
be possible through various routes. In some cases, funding is also
available for standalone NVQs as well as ILM qualifications. And
for learners who want to pay their own fees, we can offer highly
competitive rates and excellent value for money. If you need any
information on costs or funding, just ask us.
We use technology to take the drudgery out of learning
and to make it rewarding, enjoyable – and fast! But we do
expect learners to be committed, and to produce work and attend
meetings at the agreed times. We will ask you to sign up to a contract which sets out your commitments, and what you can expect from us
in return.
