PBD specialises in playwork training.  We understand the essential differences between playwork and early years.

Our specialist playwork assessors are experienced practitioners in the field.  As a company, we subscribe to the Playwork Principles and we are accredited under the SkillsActive Code of Practice. 

We offer playwork qualifications at level 2 or 3.  For those with an existing level 3 qualification  in early years, we offer a fast track ‘transitional award’ as a bridge into playwork.  Employers often comment on our professionalism, flexibility and good communication, which set us apart from many other training providers.

Our assessors give learners all the support they need - both in the workplace and at home.  All our learners have free access to eQual Learning, our own unique suite of interactive, web based courses.  Learners can access these courses via the internet, work through them at their own pace with support from their assessor, and complete assignments online.
